The rules of the CoverShift service for boxes and coaches. Version of 5 November 2026.
CoverShift is an online service that helps a box organise its classes and coaches: schedule, cover, leave, hours, pay and Dimona. The publisher of the service is given in the legal notice. By creating an account, you accept these terms.
When a class loses its coach, CoverShift first alerts the box's team, then its favourite coaches, then the verified CoverShift coaches in the province, once the network is open there. The coach who accepts a class teaches it for the box, on the conditions shown in the request.
CoverShift provides the tool and prepares the documents. It is neither the employer nor the client of the coaches: the box remains responsible for its declarations (Dimona, pay, student caps), which it checks before sending, and for paying the coaches.
You give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. One account is one person. A box's manager decides who can access its space (head coach, manager) and can withdraw that access at any time.
Publish real classes, describe the conditions honestly (time, pay, expected level), choose the correct status for each coach and pay the coach as agreed. The box checks the certifications that matter to it.
Give accurate information about their identity, certifications and status, teach the classes they accepted, and warn as early as possible if they cannot.
During the pilot, the service is free for boxes. The end date of the pilot is announced in the app and by email at least 30 days in advance.
After the pilot, the paid options (a class covered by a coach from outside the box's team, and the payroll and Dimona pack) are invoiced according to the offer the box accepted in writing. Nothing is invoiced without that acceptance. CoverShift falls under the small business VAT exemption scheme: VAT not applicable. The prices stated are final amounts, without VAT. Invoices are monthly and payable within the term stated on the invoice. After an unanswered reminder, the paid options may be suspended; the schedule and the data remain accessible.
Sign-up is free for coaches. Referral and recruitment bonuses follow the conditions shown in the app at the time of the sign-up concerned.
The Personal data page describes what CoverShift collects and why. For its team's schedule, hours, pay and Dimona, the box is the controller and CoverShift acts on its behalf: thedata processing agreement is part of these terms.
CoverShift does what is needed to keep the service available and announces planned maintenance. A box can export all its data at any time from « My box », free of charge.
CoverShift is not liable for a coach's absence, the content of a class, or the declarations the box sends. Except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, CoverShift's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the box over the last 12 months.
You can stop at any time and ask for your account to be deleted from the « Help » tab. A box can first export its data. CoverShift may suspend an account in case of abuse or false information, after warning you except in an emergency.
When these terms change, you are notified in the app and accept them again before continuing.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, we first look for an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut have jurisdiction.
