  1. Accelerate or Ultimate plan: the API key

    In Wodify, Automations, Integrations, API & MCP: create a key and paste it into “Import and connect”.

    The next eight weeks of classes arrive, sites included, then every night. A class moved or deleted in Wodify follows on its own.

  2. Other plan: a file

    On other plans, Wodify gives no API key. Export your classes as CSV from Wodify and drop the file into “Import and connect”: you check the columns and it's live.

  3. Link your coaches

    Each Wodify coach is linked to their CoverShift account. A coach who isn't recognised is picked in one click.

CoverShift reads Wodify, it never writes to it.

Your members, memberships and bookings don't move. CoverShift only reads the classes, their coaches and the number of sign-ups. With a file, it only reads what you upload.

Do I have to leave Wodify?

No. Wodify keeps your members, memberships and bookings. CoverShift only looks after your coaches.

What about 1 December?

On older Wodify plans, payroll is no longer available from 1 December 2026. In CoverShift, your hours, payroll and Dimona carry on, without upgrading your Wodify plan.

Is the connection ready?

Yes. With the API key on the Accelerate and Ultimate plans, or with a file on the others. We set it up with you during onboarding.

Can I stop whenever I want?

Yes. A “Disconnect” button cuts the link, and Wodify doesn't change.

Do my coaches need to install anything?

No. They get your invitation by WhatsApp or text, open the link and turn on alerts. It's free for them.

How much does it cost?
